Founded in 1978, Contronics designs and manufactures an innovative range of Laboratory monitoring systems. We have established an enviable reputation for installing and maintaining resilient and reliable systems in critical applications.
Our systems are currently protecting valuable products and materials in healthcare applications including tissue banks, stem cell laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacturing and research facilities in the UK and overseas. Contronics systems monitor the World's largest Blood Centre in Bristol; in fact more than 90% of the blood and blood products stored at Regional Transfusion Centres in England rely on the integrity of Contronics Laboratory monitoring systems.
Our systems incorporate all the necessary functionality to demonstrate compliance with FDA 21CFR part 11 and MHRA regulations and guidance.
We understand your concerns and responsibilities when you install a new
monitoring system. As part of the installation and commissioning
procedure we generate a comprehensive package of IQ and OQ documentation
containing everything you need for your regulator’s initial inspection
visit.
Following on from your 1-year, on-site, parts and labour warranty we
offer annual service level agreements including scheduled calibration,
validation and mapping and again prepare a documentation pack ready for
your annual regulatory inspection.
Our systems let your staff know immediately if any out-of-limit
conditions occur. Built-in
alarm management facilities mean that alarms cannot be ignored. All
system events are recorded in the audit trail, along with corrective and
preventative actions entered by your staff.
Our
range of systems is marketed and installed by ourselves within the UK
and an overseas distributor.
Our quality management system is approved to ISO 9001:2008 and covers
all aspects of our operations. The in-house engineering team at our
premises in Congleton designs the hardware and software for our
products. Our field service team carries out the installation,
commissioning, annual calibration and validation and routine and
emergency maintenance on your system.
